Biography
Music has always been at the heart of my life, and the piano has been my greatest companion along that journey. I began playing at a young age, captivated by the instrument’s ability to tell stories without words. What started as a childhood passion has blossomed into a fulfilling career of teaching, performing, and sharing the joy of music with others.
From my early teenage years into adulthood, I not only competed in and won major competitions but also embraced every opportunity to grow as a musician, performing in orchestras, bands, religious settings, and as a vocal accompanist. Every experience allowed me to paint music with different colors.
While music holds a special place in my heart, I believe the true value lies in the individual. I take a genuine interest in the well-being of my students, nurturing not only their musical growth but also their personal development. Over the years, I have had the privilege of teaching students of all ages and skill levels—from curious beginners tapping out their first melodies to advanced players preparing for competitions and college auditions. Each student brings a unique personality, background, and inspiration, and I believe lessons should reflect that individuality.
Teaching is a beautiful art of its own, entirely different from performing. It thrives on clear communication, empathy, encouragement, and genuine warmth. Because every student learns in their own unique way, each lesson calls for thoughtful adaptation—in methods, curriculum, and connection—to create an experience that is not only rewarding in the moment but also inspires a lifelong love and appreciation for music.
