Pair up & Play! is an HMTA initiative that encourages piano students to partner with instrumentalists. Practicing can feel lonely, but pairing up fosters musical friendships and strengthens skills invaluable in both solo and ensemble playing.
With coaching provided by the students’ private teachers, the culminating performance is scheduled to take place on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 6:30pm HST, at Montague Recital Hall, Punahou School.
