Anthony Chrisco’s Fascianation Method® is a trademarked head to toe rolling process that helps to heal aches and pains associated with aging and dysfunctional movement patterns through Self-Myofascial Release (SMR). SMR also improves blood and lymphatic circulation and increases range of motion in the joints.

Space in this class is limited and on a first-come-first-served basis.

Please bring:

  • Yoga mat

  • Towel

  • Water (water fountain available)

Fascianator® rollers will be provided for the class, and will be available for purchase (optional).

Anthony Chrisco, BS, is a founding member of the Fascia Research Society and a Continuing Education Provider for the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise. He is the developer of The Fascianator™ Roller and the Fascianation Method™, used to find and eliminate the stress in the body so the body can heal itself.

Anthony lectures and teaches both professionals in health and fitness and other allied health professions about the human body’s fascial system, recently classified as an organ system in 2012. His techniques have helped hundreds of people suffering from numerous chronic pain disorders.


Directions/Parking

Entrance to Studio 909 is through the ground-floor glass doors facing Kapiolani Blvd. Limited parking is available in the Musicians' Association parking lot. You may park in any open stall after 6pm weekdays, and all day weekends. Enter near 909 Kapiolani, or from the rear of the building on Waimanu (Google 952 Waimanu Street). Follow signs for Musicians' Hall Parking. Paid parking is also available at the Blaisdell Center.
